The 2013 LA International New Music Festival will conclude with world premieres by Anne LeBaron and Roger Reynolds, commissioned by Southwest. Mexican master Carlos Chávez' Invención III will introduce the challenging work, Serenata by Argentinean composer, Alberto Ginastera.
